Mimi and JJ - Waco Photographers!
Mimi and JJ were college sweethearts back then in Vietnam. They love Jesus and each other deeply. In 2011, JJ and his family moved to the States, they were so heartbroken but knowing deep down it was a right decision so they said goodbye and promised to continually put the Lord first while waiting for each other. They kept their relationship through out the years and in 2016, JJ came back for the first time ever to proposed Mimi. They got married the same year and Mimi finally moved to America in 2018...
Their journey
Together, they have a beautiful daughter named Behati. They love to watch and document her development through out each stage of life. They understand how important it is to have those precious moments preserved for their daughter; so they are on their mission to help other families capture the beautiful moments in life. More than that, their ultimate goal is to create keepsakes so you can enjoy the artwork to the fullest and one day, pass them down to next generations.
After the Session, they will walk you through the process to choose what heirloom products work best for your house. Mimi and JJ are proudly serving Waco, Temple, Austin and surrounding areas in Central Texas.
The one that thinks outside the box
JJ - A Creative Soul
JJ has been known as a man that thinks outside of the box. With a 'Yes' brain, nothing is going to stop this man. In every session, he looks for angles and positions to have the best photos. If your kids have high energy, he's going to play with them and match their energy. We could say most of the kids he has encountered and worked with love JJ. He's the funniest guy and makes everyone feel comfortable being around.
When not taking picture he's doing yard work, playing music and board game with Behati.

Mimi - A Gentle Guide
Mimi has two years degree in Multi Media. She has good concept of composition and art but most of all she has the eye that see beauty in every person. She believes in kid-led photoshoot where she let your kids being themselves so those captured photographs will be the most authentic moments of your family. With a gentle guidance, she leads the sessions seamlessly and every single pose just as natural as they should be.
Mimi loves reading, walking and boba tea. Gongcha (boba tea) is her favorite.
